Different Computer Support Options
Online computer support which will use either remote access to your pc for troubleshooting and repair, email support which is cumbersome and often unsatisfactory and online chat support via Skype or the various company websites and telephone. Remote access is basically where you download a piece of software that allows the technician to look through your computer, without having to be onsite, to troubleshoot the problem and fix it for you.
The other options of email, phone or chat will involve you going through various troubleshooting scenarios to find the problem with the technician guiding you through the steps.

If you have as service contract or are under warrantee this might not cost you much. However, if you are not under any computer support contract it might cost you a fair penny. So consider exhausting your online comptuer support options before heading off to your local repair store or asking for a technician to visit your home.
